LibGuide editors are also able to add information themselves. Some documents are linked to the LIB-SD-Metadata shared Google drive, and others may be linked to Sharepoint, so you may need to log in when accessing those.
Please refer to the list below if you need things to do when working from home. Check with the project contact before starting a new project or if you have questions, and let your supervisor know. Please note, the list contains online projects as well as links to archived webinars, online trainings, and LinkedIn Learning (formerly Lynda.com) that you can use to break up your workday.

Digital Strategy and Library IT Services list has basic contact information, including phone numbers. Several staff have forwarded their work phones to personal phones. Your supervisors may have provided other numbers for you to use.
Microsoft Teams
Metadata Services Department Team - department Team for group discussions.
To chat one-on-one with department members, navigate to the "Chat" tab and select the person you want to contact from the list. See the OIT teams links below for training materials.
MS Teams quick start guide - Shows the Teams interface with annotations for what's where, and basic steps for how to start a conversation, make video and audio calls, etc. Use this guide if you don't want information overload.

LIT/OIT
OIT will be providing support remotely. While the IT Service Center will be offering phone support via 303-735-43457, the average wait time may be longer than usual. OIT recommends emailing oithelp@colorado.edu for support when possible.
OIT Reduced hours for Spring Break: Open Monday - Thursday, (3/23-3/26) 7:30-5:00. Closed Friday, 3/27. Normal OIT business hours resume Monday, March 30, Monday - Friday, 7:30-7:00.
