CU students, staff and faculty may request materials from any CU location, including the PASCAL off site facility. You may also request materials we don’t own that are checked out, lost or missing.

The libraries are providing contactless libraries materials pickup for CU Boulder affiliates (students, staff, faculty). Affiliates may place up to 10 holds at a time through the library catalog [guidance on how to place a hold in the library catalog]. Once materials are paged, the hold notice received via email will contain a link to place a reservation for a pickup date. Materials will be available on the west porch of Norlin Library. Please follow Boulder and campus health guidelines when picking up materials.
Most circulating materials in the Libraries' print collections may be requested. At this time, some materials from HathiTrust are not available for contactless pickup.
Interlibrary Loan is available to request electronic books and articles.
The Libraries have suspended all mailing, lending, or borrowing of physical items from other libraries.

Choose the request it button
Sign-in with your identikey and choose Contactless Pickup.
Contactless pickup is being offered at Norlin Library (more details).
If you are looking for an article or book chapter, search OneSearch to locate. If the article or chapter is not available, you may request a scan through interlibrary loan.
Search for the article and choose 'Read Online'
If the full-text is not available, look for the option to Request a Copy.
Login to Illiad to request. You will receive an email when it is available for viewing, printing, and downloading.
