The purpose of the Cultural Competence Resource Guide is to connect CU Boulder students, staff, and faculty to resources that support ongoing cross cultural competence learning and development.
The Future Skills report is a comprehensive literature review that highlights eleven future skills of the workplace. Cross cultural competency is featured as one of the eleven future skills needed to be successful the future workplace. CU Boulder, students, staff, and faculty are encouraged to review the report online.
