Business Analyst Online (BAO) is a web-based mapping application that combines geographic information systems (GIS) technology with extensive demographic, consumer spending, and business data for the entire United States. It is a source for consumer and business data. There are two main functions within BAO:

1. Make a map to see where various demographics and businesses are located
2. Make a report to generate data on demographics and businesses in a specific location
