If you're unsure of your username, it will be one of the two versions of your email (email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org). If the password reset does not work, please email email@example.com.
Please fill out this form to request access to Social Studio. The University Libraries' subscription includes a limited number of users, with access provided through individual accounts. Accounts will be created within one business day. You will receive an email from Salesforce when your account has been created.
Please email your course number and students' names and CU emails to firstname.lastname@example.org, along with the date you'll introduce students to Social Studio. One week notice is ideal, but we can create accounts within two to three business days. Please ask students to look for an email from Salesforce to activate their accounts. Some emails go to the junk inbox.
Double-check your email and junk box for an email from Salesforce, the owner of Social Studio. If the password link has expired, or you cannot find it, email email@example.com to request another email.
Other questions about access and accounts can be addressed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Social Studio is a social media publishing and analytics platform. CU Libraries only subscribe to the Analyze platform, which allows users to find posts and comments from platforms like Twitter, Instagram, blogs, mainstream news, and more. It also has data on sentiment trends and influencers.
We have a limited number of concurrent accounts and topic profiles. Depending on Social Studio’s usage, we plan on removing accounts and topic profiles at the end of each semester unless otherwise requested. You will receive 14 days' notice prior to your account and topic profiles being disabled. If this timeframe does not work with your research needs, please let us know and we can make arrangements to preserve your account for a longer time. You can contact Stacy Gilbert at email@example.com for more information.
