Purdue University's Online Writing Lab provides a helpful overview and examples of APA style. Use the side tabs to navigate to specific source types. The APA Sample Paper is particularly helpful for visualizing proper formatting.

Zotero is one of our favorite free tools for managing citations. This open source free tool will save your citations, along with the full text of articles, web pages, etc. It will also create the citations in APA Style for you in Word. If you use Chrome or Safari, you will need to download Zotero Standalone as well as the appropriate extension. We are also happy to help you set it up, feel free to ask any of the library staff.
