FOLIO Reporting

The Report Directory groups reports into Tracks that represent the various reporting areas of FOLIO.
 

• Acquisitions (ACQ): Reports related to financial, license, or transaction data. Reports will generally pull and combine data from the Agreements, Inventory, Invoices, Finance, Licenses, Orders, Organizations, and Receiving apps.
   
• Catalog Management (CM): Reports related to the upkeep of the catalog, or export of bibliographic information to third parties. Reports will generally pull and combine data from the eHoldings, Inventory, Import/Export apps.
   
• Collection Development (CD): Reports relevant to the activities of the Collection Development & Assessment Section and Liaison Librarians. Reports will generally pull and combine data from all FOLIO apps.
   
• E-Resource Management (ERM): Reports related to the management of electronic resources. Reports will generally pull and combine data from the Agreements, eHoldings, ERM comparison, eUsage, and Organizations apps.
   
• Materials Management (MM): Reports related to the management of physical materials.
   
• Patron Services (PS): Reports involving patron data and public services. Reports will generally pull and combine data from the Inventory, Requests, and Users apps.
   
• Reporting & Statistics (RS): Reports related to required external reporting of library data. Reports will generally pull and combine data from all FOLIO apps.

In most view-only cases, data can be retrieved from the FOLIO user-interface. For custom data needs, SQL queries will be developed and made available on the FOLIO Report Query Repository. Any data dashboards that have been created for a report will be linked in the list below.

These queries will require the installation of a database client and will allow you to retrieve your data results. We recommend DBeaver.
