Recommended Databases to Find Articles

You will search for academic articles in databases. It is ok to use Google Scholar; you can take the title of an article from Google Scholar and plug it into the search bar on the Libraries' main website. Do not pay for articles!

To find other subject-specific databases, go to the Research Guides page, then select the subject you want to search. A librarian has put together a list of resources best-suited for that topic area.

Most databases require you to develop search terms or "keywords" that summarize the main points of your topic. See the next tab on how to search a database.
