Request Materials

CU students, staff and faculty may request materials from any CU location, including the PASCAL off site facility. You may also request materials we don’t own that are checked out, lost or missing.

Retrieve it from the library of your choice (1-2 days)

If the item is checked out, the request will take seven days or more. Try requesting from other libraries if you need it sooner.

All users are guaranteed a 14 day checkout (excluding short term checkouts of less than 14 days). After that, any book may be recalled for another University patron, or for Course Reserve. Typically, you are given 10 days to return the item, unless it was already due in less than 10 days. An email notice is sent the same day that an item is recalled, so the clock starts ticking immediately!

Books, Dissertations, Media
