In addition to the Wepa stations, the University Libraries provide access to two types of scanning stations: flatbed and bookeye scanners.

There are 2 bookeye scanning stations in the Norlin Library.  

Norlin Commons (1st floor)

Norlin Research Services Area (2nd floor)

Open your book to the desired page and select SCAN from the touch screen menu. It’s that simple! For the power user, there are many other options that can be configured to meet your specific scanning requirements.

  • Pages can be scanned flat or in a V-cradle mode (less strain on the spine)
  • Documents can be saved in several formats (e.g, pdf, jpeg, and png)
  • Handles materials up to 17 x 24 inches
  • Scans in black & white, grayscale or color
  • Scans from 100 to 600 dpi resolution
  • Save to Cloud Storage
  • Save to USB
  • Save to a mobile device via the SmartDoc​
