CU OneSearch

What does CU OneSearch do?

Searching CU Libraries with OneSearch can be a great place start your research. OneSearch searches for all of CU's books, plus it searches within many databases and reference books.

Useful Databases

Other sources

Not only may you find good information on your sources in article databases that link you to trade publications and scholarly journals, if you're researching a big project, there might be information from companies, municipalities, and more. For example, if you were interested in the Seattle seawall, you could not only find scholarly articles, but a substantial web site for the project with technical reports, maps and city information. This isn't available for every project, but it's a great source if it is. Try searching your project of choice, and look to see what people are saying about it. Think about what kind of information cities and companies might want to share, too, and be sure to supplement the information with other sources.
